This second LPC meeting includes a visioning activity with the LPC, a review of past plans and recent investment in downtown Waterville, an update on the Open Call For Project Proposals, a discussion on the project evaluation process, and preparation for the first public workshop.

All LPC meetings are open to the public; however the extent of public participation is largely dependent on the purpose and structure of each individual LPC meeting. Every meeting will allow time for public comment at the end.
