The Waterville Local Planning Committee (LPC) has selected the following projects for inclusion in the Waterville NY Forward Strategic Investment Plan. Upon review of the Strategic Investment Plan and the project, the State will determine which projects will receive funding.

Transforming the Farm at Star Manor into Agritourism & Lodging ($187,000)
Renovating Existing Building — Expanding Mulligan's ($1,836,000)
Rehabilitating the Exterior of 108 Main Street ($83,000)
Transforming and Renovating the Buell Block ($1,799,000)
Renovating a Historic Church into an Events Venue ($388,000)
Renovating a Vacant Storefront into a Thriving Grocery Store ($1,200,000)
Revitalizing the "Old Bank" Building on Main Street ($993,000)
Enhancing Pedestrian Safety, Comfort…Opening the Creek View ($355,000)
Constructing a Community Center — Connecting to Big Creek ($529,000)
Branding, Marketing and Gateways ($250,000)
Developing a Small Project Fund ($500,000)
The LPC also identified several “pipeline” projects, which will also be included in the Village’s Strategic Investment Plan. While these pipeline projects are important components of Waterville’s revitalization efforts, NY Forward funding is not being requested to advance these projects. Instead, the Village and Mohawk Valley Region will actively look for other state funding sources to help advance these pipeline projects.

Be able to break ground within two years of receiving funding
